How we handle your information

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you type into the form: your name, phone number and email address, and, if you choose to give them, your property type, status, estimated key collection date, budget, design preferences and any discount code.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to contact you, to arrange a consultation and to prepare a proposal for your project.

Who processes it

Enquiries are delivered to us by Formspree, a form-handling service. Formspree processes the form data on our behalf in order to deliver it to us. This site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you have given us, or withdraw your consent to us contacting you, by emailing loftconceptsg@gmail.com.
